How to Wear Your Scent?

Go Ahead and Layer. In a tropical environment, the heat will easily burn up the perfume. Make it last for more than just a few hours by using different products with the same scent. You can use by body wash, shampoo, lotion, aftershave or moisturizer as long as it of the same scent. As opposed to the common notion that it will produce a strong and overpowering scent, the other products will only produce a subtle scent that will let your fragrance last long after the perfume is applied.

Feel the Pulse. Apply perfume on warm body points i.e. pulse points were the warm pulsation of the blood under the skin will gently send the scent into the air. Spray it on he inside of your wrist, behind the ears, at the back of your neck, and below the Adam's apple. remember that your perfume evaporates; so don't forget to put it on your elbow, behind the knees and in the ankles. As it vaporizes, it drifts upward into the air.
To maximize your scent, apply it right after you shower when your skin still moist. Don't rub your skin dry with a towel bacause it steals the moisture from your skin. Dry skin will not propel the scent well If you have dry skin, apply an unscented moisturizer before you put on your perfume.

Enough is Enough. Some poeple think that if you spray too much, it'll last longer. That's not at all true. It will vaporize just the same and you'll end up wasting perfectly good perfume. Apply the tricks mentioned above to make your fragrace last longer and put on only what is appropriate. Your smell should not be too overpowering that it fills an entire room. That's not the way to announce your presence. You don't want to reek with an overwhelming stench. If poeple well beyond your arm's length can smell you, then you've put on too much. Perfumes should be fragrant, not flagrant.

Keep your bottles out of direct sunlight and store them in a cool place. Adding a perfume lotion to your body after a shower is a great idea.
